This morning I pulled my BMW out of the garage and flipped the petcocks to the "On" position and to my surprise gas POURED out of the left carburetor similar to the first time I took a look at the bike when it was still under the previous owner's custody.
I was storing the bike in the garage on its side stand all night and the float was stuck open so the bowl completely filled up with gas and had no where else to go but leak all over my parents driveway.
Bummer right?
I also remember Tim from Milwaukee's "The Shop," told me that if this ever happens shut off the fuel at the petcock and take a screwdriver and lightly tap on the carburetor bowl. Worked like a charm!
