Talk about blast from the past!
This abstract metal sculpure posed in the laundry room of my last apartment is actually what the Ducati Monza frame looked like when I got it. As you can see rust, dirt and grime was everywhere.
At an earlier time, I attempted to pull the headlight bucket off the bike and ended up pulling off one of the brackets with the headlight in the process. Whoops!
Good thing is that I will not be using those for this build anyway.
The forks were high on my list to clean up and rebuild.
Maybe one of these days I will finally show you all how the frame polished up nicely from being powder coated!
